It’s probably very apparent I am using Ai to create my blog posts and I recognize that may come across as lacking authenticity with my writing.
The truth is I can not write for shit, I write like I speak, I have terrible spelling and grammar, I’m prone to repeat myself, and get overly emotional and overwhelmed.
My process for creating these blog posts is just to dump all my unfiltered thoughts into a post. The next day (usually) I ask ChatGTP to help me collate them and present them in a format this is readable. I get ChatGTP to create the titles and the meta data.
I go through what ChatGTP has suggested, make sure it’s still “my voice”, change anything that needs to be changed … and do any other edits … like add media or links to anything that might be relevant.
I am aware of the moral implications, I don’t like it … but for me … AI is the tool that allows me to share my voice at a time I need to share my voice.
It also is a great tool when my connection to the internet is limited, it’s a very low bandwidth tool and frankly has been a live saver several times when I need to fix something but didn’t have the (Internet) bandwidth to look at 5 videos on YouTube or could scroll through groups or google trying to get the specific answer I needed.
If that’s a problem … I respect that … you don’t have to come back, you don’t need to engage with me, I am perfectly okay with that and I’m not going to take offense.
I’ve always believed that the message is the important part, and frankly find people who would criticize me for how I was saying something rather than what I was saying were assholes, and often using my poor communication skills to ignore what I was actually saying (which was clear enough).
So yeah … take it or leave it … this is my blog, my site and my self care.
Love ya all!
